Our Event Staff get to go to some of the hottest parties, most beautiful weddings, and fanciest fundraisers in the tri-state area! We have a partnerships that offer free tickets to local shows, and get to work some of the area’s top events.

Our team is growing, and we regularly hire seasonal and on-call attendants so we accept applications all year round!

Currently Hiring For:

  • Event Attendants (Working 1-2x per week)

  • On-Call Event Attendant (Seasonal)

Event attendant (Including Seasonal) Obligations

  • Working assigned events including weddings, social events, corporate activations, and vendor shows.

  • Learn how the photo booths work through paid, on-site training until you can confidently run solo.

  • Pick up equipment kit from main office in Vevay, Indiana and take to location of event. Or, arrive to venue and be ready to assist guests.

  • Run photo booths with a friendly and outgoing attitude, be able to problem solve if needed, keep prop tables neat and props accounted for, and communicate with other vendors on site if needed.

  • Maintain a professional composure and presence, while having fun!

  • Considering the nature of events, the majority of events are late nights and weekends. There are a lot of weekday/daytime events, but most will be weekends. We try to rotate as much as we can, and are pretty flexible with your schedule! We NEVER work major/religious holidays, and if you work Halloween or New Years you get holiday pay!

all job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age, with preference of 21+ due to the spaces we typically work. With the nature of some of the events we work we are not hiring any minors at this time.

  • Must have a friendly and outgoing personality! This is a very social job, you’ve got to be able to handle an evening of small talk, laughing, and counting backwards from 3 a lot ;)

  • Must be comfortable being around alcohol and people consuming alcohol. We have measures in place to protect employees safety when guests get unruly, but almost all of our events we attend are serving alcohol.

  • Must be organized and prompt. We send out job sheets that show a timeline of when you should be arriving and setting up, so it’s up to you to make that happen!

Salary & Benefits

  • $15-$25/Hour - All staff start at $15/hour while in their training stage. Once staff are comfortable working solo, the rate goes to $20/hour with opportunities to specialize and make more!

  • Mileage Compensation - If you transport equipment in your personal vehicle then you will receive mileage compensation of $.75/mile

  • 10% Commission - Once you’ve passed the training stage, you will get a referral link from which you can earn commission! This link can be shared online or at events. Tell the client you sent them and we’ll make sure you’re marked for commission.

  • Personal Booth Usage - Staff get to use photo booths for their own personal events! As long as the booth is available and you can man it yourself, you can enjoy the booth at no cost!

  • End of Year Party! - Each staff member and their partner or guest get to join in the end of year party. It’s a nice change to attend a party after a year of working them, and this time you get to be treated!
